1 Applications and Sample Conditions

1.1 Applications

The purification kit may be used as follows:

• After synthesis of oligonucleotides by Kilobaser Personal DNA & RNA Synthesizer to remove all chemicals remaining from the synthesis, including unreacted reagents.
• After post-synthetic modifications of oligonucleotides to remove unreacted reagents from the modified oligonucleotides.

1.2 Sample Conditions

OliPure can be used with an oligonucleotide concentration of up to 1nM. The oligo sample must be dissolved in a maximum of 20µL.
